These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ULTIMATE Byron Bay Wedding Giveaway Competition (the “Competition”), administered by Forever Soles PTY LTD (ABN 45606025325), based in Byron Bay, Australia. 

 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition. By participating in the competition, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to any person who will be having their wedding in Byron Bay. 

 

COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition commences on 14 July 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 17 August 2024. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) bride/couple will be chosen as the winner and will receive a wedding package valued at $50,000, which includes:

• 1 x 2-hour Flossy Bar Hire with service of 2 types of cocktails

• 4 x  Forever Soles Bridal Shoes (1 pair for the bride and 3 pairs for bridesmaids) 

• 1 x  Wedding Ceremony Officiated by Michelle Shannon Marriage Celebrant- All the legal paperwork and rehearsal the day before

• 1x Black Jacket Suiting Custom-Made 2-Piece Suit, with custom-made shirt, premium level leather shoes, a premium level silk tie/bow-tie and all finishing alterations Included. 

• 1 x Forever Sunkissed mobile spray tans for yourself plus 2 members of your bridal party. Forever Sunkissed will travel to your accommodation and provide a full consultation and 3 spray tans.  

• 1 x Danielle Guest Music will be offering an Entire Wedding Soundtrack!!

  • 1 aisle song, 1 registry song, 1 recessional song.

  • Dance-floor covered by one of our DJ’s. Creating a vibrant, immersive atmosphere that gets everyone moving! (Request for Saxophone with DJ optional) Mic provided for MC & help with your exit from reception if needed.

  • All live songs to be performed by Danielle Guest & exceptional guitarist! 

  • This is inclusive of new song requests for aisle, signing, recessional & first Dance songs. (maximum of three new requests) happy to pick or be guided by your taste from our set of music! We provide full professional PA (portable if needed) lighting, background music between sets, travel included & will discuss with you in much detail closer to the date what your requests are & vision for the day! All sound equipment provided including use of our PA-microphones if needed for speeches.

• 1 x Spirits from We Are Familiar Spirits for cocktail hour

• 1 x 5 hours Videographer by Pipi Palm

• 1 x Content creator for 6 hours by iCapture Amore

• 1 x Wedding cake by The Cake That Ate Paris

• 1 x Panorama Events on the day coordination and styling 

• 1x The Whole Bride e-voucher $600 AUD

• 1x Grazing Table by The Luxury Table

• 1x 5 hours of MC by Party Liaison

• 1x Florals by Ivy and Bleu Events, which include a bridal bouquet, buttonhole, and ceremony flowers

• 1x Favour bags of floss by Flossy Byron Bay

 

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.

 

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced via an Instagram post by Forever Soles PTY LTD on 19 August 2024.

 

The winner must contact Forever Soles PTY LTD within 14 days of the announcement to claim the prize.

 

If the winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, Forever Soles PTY LTD reserves the right to select a new winner.

 

PRIZE REDEMPTION

The winner will be responsible for contacting each vendor involved directly to organise the details of their prize.

Subject to full vendor and venue availability for a Tuesday in the June-Aug season 2025. 

 

Below is a breakdown of each brand's instructions, extra terms and conditions, or add-ons, which are available if you would like more options for your wedding day.

 

Flossy Byron Bay

The wedding date is subject to availability. Two-hour Flossy Bar hire with two types of cocktails to be served during that time. If you would like to extend the service longer than two hours, normal rates apply. Favour bags are made during the two-hour hire. More bags can be purchased if you want a set number.  

 

Forever Soles

Shipping costs may apply.

 

Michelle Shannon Marriage Celebrant

The Notice of Intent must be completed and witnessed with me the month prior to the wedding date.

 

Black Jacket Suiting

The prize winner must redeem in-store and requires 4-5 visits to the Murarrie (4172) location over a 12-week lead time. The prize is valid until 31 December 2025 and must be redeemed prior to this. 

 

Forever Sunkissed Byron Bay

Appointment location to be within or nearby the Byron Bay area.

The Luxury table

Subject due to availability. The bride can upgrade or add on if required. Cannot be exchanged for cash

 

The Whole Bride

The gift card is valid for three years from the date of the giveaway announcement. Valid for any items on www.thewholebride.com. Not redeemable for cash, not transferable. Not to be used in conjunction with other offers. 

*One use per customer. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher is available on full-price items only. It is not valid on Gift Vouchers. The offer is available online only and is valid for three years from the issue date.

 

We Are Familiar Spirits

Alcohol can be a mixture of our Vodka, Limoncello, Cane Spirit, and gin, supplied to Flossy to prepare cocktails. The client will liaise with Flossy to choose specific drinks and then advise on the quantity required for delivery to the venue. Additional spirits can be purchased at wholesale rates.

Pipi & Palm

The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value and must be redeemed on the date of the wedding.  Contact @pipiandpalm via Instagram or email hello@pipiandpalm.com to secure your wedding date. Adding hours is possible at a normal rate.

iCapture Amore

Prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value. The prize must be redeemed on the date of the wedding. A small travel fee will apply. Contact @icaptureamore via Instagram or email at icaptureamore@gmail.com to secure your wedding date.

Party Liaison

Prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value. For prize redemption you will need to agree Party Liaison's terms and conditions.

Ivy and Bleu Events 

Flower specifics are subject to seasonal availability with the couple to select the colour of choice; additional florals or styling can be added on consultation.

The Cake That Ate Paris

This includes a mini 3-tier cake that feeds 100 coffee portions. There is an option to upgrade to a larger size. The final price will depend on the exact size. Includes a Mini 3-tier fondant-covered/decorated cake. Includes three flavours of your choice. This includes delivery and setup on the day. Additional decorations can be added. For example, sugar and/or wafer paper flowers can be added at an extra cost. The winner will receive detailed T&Cs regarding storage, allergies, unforeseen events, amendments, etc.

 

Nutting Hill Villa

WEDDING DATE: Subject to availability. Dates to choose from will be Tuesday, 2025, June, July or August. The option to change the date to the weekend is possible subject to availability as will incur an upgrade fee.  

 

ACCOMMODATION CAN BE ADDED AT AN EXTRA COST OF $2,000 A NIGHT, MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS. Nutting Hill Villa (NHV) accommodates 12 adults. Four extra portable beds can be supplied upon request at an extra charge of $150 per bed per night. One baby cot is available upon request. 

 

BOND: A $3,000 bond in the form of a credit card swipe, placed on hold, must be received no less than 5 working days before the event or holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage caused, extra cleaning charges, emergency transport or other unforeseen requests or complications. Should costs exceed the bond amount, YOU AGREE that you are liable for all outstanding costs.

 

The winner will receive more detailed T&Cs regarding accommodation options, booking deposit and payment, parking, insurance, responsibilities, amendments, etc.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the brands involved to administer the competition and any associated marketing for the company thereafter. You reserve the right to request removal from any marketing material after the competition has ended.

 

LIABILITY

Forever Soles PTY LTD and all brands involved with the giveaway will not be responsible for any loss, damages or injury sustained as a result of accepting or using the prize.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

 

ALTERATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Forever Soles PTY LTD and all brands involved reserve the right to amend these Terms or to cancel, alter or amend the Competition at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control.
